Silverpoint Vacation Club ownership is something that our members can take complete pride in. The resorts are all maintained to incredibly high standards to ensure that they meet, and exceed, owners' expectations.
Silverpoint Vacation Club resorts are kept immaculately clean, well maintained and the fittings and furnishings are of an extremely high quality. To keep the resort to these exacting standards a service charge, also known as a maintenance fee, is charged based on the resort owned and the size of the apartment.
The service charge means that when Silverpoint Vacation Club members arrive at the resort there is nothing for them to do but enjoy their holiday. The apartments all benefit from air-conditioning, modern appliances and stylish furnishings.
The rooms are cleaned and the terraces and balconies are swept by the efficient housekeepers, the pools are kept spotless by the pool cleaners and the gardens tended to by resort gardeners.
Dedicated staff are on hand, from lifeguards for owners' poolside safety, 24 hour security and multi-lingual reception staff that are there to help and advise members at any time of the day or night.
The service charge also covers insurance, taxes and utility services such as water and electricity.
All of this means that Silverpoint Vacation Club members don't have to worry about a thing other than making the most of their home from home.
